How do I create a new reservation myself?

You can create reservations yourself in the Admin. You can use this, for example, when you sell tickets through external parties. You can use this function to create a number of reservations and the barcodes can then be sold via the external party.

You can add a reservation via Maintenance → Add reservation. Select a version via 'Select performance'. You will now be able to choose from all tickets (price keys) that are part of this event or performance. Select the tickets you want to add to the reservation. 

The tickets you create will use the pricekey's set price, scan definition and template. If a capacity is linked, you must also select a date and time.

You can then choose to link an (adjusted) validity to the tickets. To do this, check the box next to 'Overwrite ticket validity:'. You can also add additional information.

Click on 'Create and confirm order' to create the reservation. The reservation now opens immediately.

On the order page you have the same options as with a 'normal' order.

If you click the download icon next to the ticket specification, an Excel file will be downloaded with all barcodes. This can be useful if, for example, you have the barcodes resold by an external party.

You can also add contact details by clicking on 'Edit contact'. You can then generate the tickets via 'Regenerate tickets' and the contact details, if applicable, will appear on the ticket. You can download the tickets via 'Download tickets'. After adding an email address, the confirmation email can also be sent via 'Resend confirmation email'.
