The overview report provides an overall view of tickets sold or scanned. Capacities are not relevant in this report. In this report, you get all tickets sold or scanned that fall within the selected period as a result.
On the left side of the menu you can define what you want to retrieve the information from. Think about the period or whether the starting point should be the sale date, scan date or first scan. Is it about tickets, subscriptions or both.
You can additionally further select by sales channel or event level.
The result immediately changes when the selection is changed.
In the overview, sales or scans (depending on the filter) are broken down by event, sales channel and price type.
When the report has sales date as the starting point, information about sales, cancellations, price and scan information is immediately visible. The information shown is based on sales confirmed within the selected time period.
A price type that has not been sold within the selected filter does not appear in the overview.
If you choose the report based on the scan date then that is also the starting point. The result contains all scanned tickets within the selected period. The purchase date is no longer relevant here. The overview is broken down by event, sales channel and price type. A price is also listed with the claim, which is the unit price of the price type. A €10 entrance ticket that has been scanned 10 times has a value of €100.
A price type that has not been scanned within the selected filter will not appear in the overview.
Several options are available from the overview result.
- Tickets: overview of the requested information via the set filter
- Buyers: information of order buyers within the set filter
- Ticket codes: the barcodes issued from the orders within the filter
You can export the information to Excel using the export button.
