How can I add a date to a print template?

Do you sell tickets with a certain validity, for example a specific day or period? Then it is useful to place this date or period on the ticket. This way, customers easily know when the ticket is valid.

Adding a time, date or period starts by adding a text box (5). In this text box you enter what the placeholder says. For example, 'Start time slot', or ‘Valid from’/'Valid until'.

Then place a second text box. This is where you place the placeholder. To do this, click on . Depending on the purpose, you can use different placeholders. You probably need one or more of these placeholders:

  • TicketValidStart
  • TicketValidEnd
  • ValidStart
  • ValidEnd
  • TimeSlotStart
  • TimeSlotEnd

You can then also choose a format for all these placeholders. Change the format by clicking and then click 'Format string'. For example, you can choose to show both the time and the date in one placeholder. You can also choose to only show the date.
