For each cash register, you set which printer the particular print template will be sent to for printing.
- Receipt printer: prints the cash register and pin receipt (type template: Receipt + Pinreceipt at Print templates)
- Ticket printer: prints the ticket with barcode of the products sold at the cash register (type template: Ticket at Print templates)
- Card printer: prints e.g. pre-printed subscription passes (type template: Subscription at Print templates)
After each change in the printer tab, 'Save' must be clicked to retain the change. It is not possible to change multiple printers and then click save.
There may also be a situation where there is no Ticket printer. In that case, you can also choose to set the Ticket printer to the same printer as the Receipt printer. All tickets then come out of the Receipt printer, just like cash register/pin receipt.
This can also be a good temporary solution for when there are problems with the Ticket Printer.
