Receipt
The receipt shows all the details of the visitor's purchase. At the bottom is a QR code that can be scanned with the cash register scanner to get into the reservation quickly. This can be useful if a visitor has a ticket left over and wants that amount refunded.
For the receipt, it is not possible to set multiple templates.
Ticket
All products sold on the cash register are associated with a cash register print template of type Ticket. By default, there is one print template, and one template for No Print. All tickets that are scanned require a print template. This provides the barcode that can be scanned at the tourniqet or scanner, thus registering the visitor's entry. There may also be items that are not scanned such as certain upsell or return products. The No Print template is linked to this.
It is also possible to group products. Think of the sale of 100 children for a school trip. Grouping this product creates one barcode that immediately registers the 100 children when scanned. If you don't group this type of product, the visitor will get 100 tickets with one barcode on them. This is not a cash register, but an Admin setting.
There can be multiple print templates of the Ticket type. This allows you to choose for each product what information should be printed on the ticket. This can be different information for products sold at capacity than products or upsell with a season validity.
Download
The ability to issue tickets digitally is also available. When in the general settings for ticket dispensing, 'digital' is selected this is the template used for that. There is one download template.
For download, it is not possible to set multiple templates.
Subscription
When cards are printed via the cash register, this is the template that takes care of the layout, text and information of what is printed on the cards.
Pin receipt
This template is essential for the PIN connection and can not be customized.
