Find the subscription you want to renew in the Admin. Click here for more information about searching in the Admin.

Select the subscriptions you want to renew and click 'Renew Subscription(s)'. This can be done for multiple subscriptions at the same time in one go. Renewal requires active POS Renewal pricing and a correctly set renewal template. If renewal is not possible for a selected subscription, you will be notified.
Is the subscription you want not listed or it cannot be renewed? Then a pricing or renewal template will probably have to be created. Click here for more information about pricing. Click here for more information about adding a renewal template.
On the left of the screen you will find all information about the current subscriptions. In addition, you will find a dropdown per subscription to select the type of subscription you are renewing to and you can indicate in a checkbox whether the validity differs from what is indicated in the subscription template. Click here for more information about different validity for subscriptions. Once you have filled in everything correctly, click 'Next'. For a renewal, the card holders are already known, so you do not have to change or enter anything there.
You will see a reservation key and a QR code appear on the screen. Scan the QR code with the cash register scanner to pay for the renewal at the cash register.
In the case of a renewal, it is usually not necessary to print a card. The subscription holder already has a card. Click here if you would like to place a print order anyway.
