Solution
Start by printing the receipt for the order where the error message appeared. With this receipt you can easily find the order later.
Then find the price type in the Admin (Settings → Tickets → Price types) and set the desired printer and print template. Restart the cash register software and find the order by scanning the QR code at the bottom of the receipt. Select the tickets to be printed and press 'Print'.
